Why We Exist
Large companies have entire teams dedicated to answering phones, following up on leads, and keeping their calendars full. A small HVAC company, medspa, or home services business doesn't — and they lose jobs every day because of it.
Qualvix was built to close that gap. Not with a complicated platform that takes months to set up, but with a focused set of AI tools that do the high-impact work automatically: answer the call, respond to the lead, book the appointment.
The goal isn't to replace the people running these businesses. It's to give them the kind of support that used to require a much bigger operation.
How We Work
We keep things small and deliberate. We go deep in one industry before moving to the next, making sure the product actually works in the real world before expanding it.
Our current focus is HVAC — a trade where missed calls and slow lead response directly translate to lost revenue. We're working with real businesses, gathering real feedback, and building from there.
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We'd rather be genuinely useful to the businesses we serve than feature-rich and forgettable.
